Charity Auction #3 Exclusive to Namepros

Hey folks! Once again it’s auction time, as with the last the charity auctions all the proceeds of the auction go to Barnado’s which is a children’s charity in the UK.

Hi folks, it’s auction time again, as with the last the charity is Barnado’s which is a children’s charity in the UK.

The name is to be held exclusively at Namepros Domain Forum. If you’re not a member then join up and have a look around, I stick to mostly chat which is both friendly and helpful to all.

The site I am auctioning this week has been kindly donated by a very respected member of the NP community, Wootty, he has even renewed the name for an extra year to improve the response from bidders in the auction.

Just a note about the first auction I ran, one buyer pulled out (for ApacheForums.com) so I offered it to the member at NP who offered in the first place. This brings the total (after NP$ are added) to nearly $100, so I will make it up to the century dollar.

Thanks to everyone who bid, we are all winners and thanks to those who donated NP$ to the auction as well

Well last weeks auction was a great success! A big thanks to all the generous folks on Namepros who placed bids for names and some even donated NP$ (the forum currency that you can buy at about 50 NP$ for $1 USD) to go towards the end of the auction

Total raised from the auction was a tentative $260 and about $10 USD in NP$, however I’m still waiting for the donation of the biggest name in the auction which came to $200. When that comes through then I will make the donation to Barnado’s Childrens Charity
